Are azahar natural clothing garments easy to wash and how do I care for them?
All of our garments are washable. The majority of them (our cottons and linens) will be machine washable at a cool temperature setting (30ºC) using a mild detergent. Silks and silk blends may require hand washing. All of our garments should be hung up to dry. It is recommended that garments of the same colour be washed together for the first time. All garments come with standard international symbols for washing and care sewn into a side seam of the garment. If you have any doubts about the meaning of the symbols please email us .
Where does azahar natural clothing deliver to?
We deliver our products to most destinations worldwide. If you have a problem placing an order to a particular destination please email us.
How much is postage and handling?
· for orders within Spain there is a minimum charge of 5 euros + 2 euros for each additional garment.
· for orders within Europe the minimum charge is 10 euros + 2 euros for each additional garment.
· for orders outside Europe the minimum charge is 15 euros + 2 euros for each additional garment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your goods will be shipped from Spain within 7 working days if the garment is presently in stock. For orders within Spain goods should arrive within three working days after shipping. Within Europe and for overseas orders, goods are usually shipped from Spain by registered mail to arrive as quickly as possible, though azahar natural clothing cannot be held responsible for any postal delays that might arise in individual destination countries.
How do I check individual sizing of the garments to be sure they will fit?
Please refer to our size chart where you will find EU, UK and US size equivalents as well as measurements in both centimetres and inches. Please check the measurements to ensure a proper fit. All azahar natural clothing garments are designed and made to fit loosely and comfortably.
What do I do if the goods need to be exchanged/returned?
Not a problem as long as the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt along with the Delivery Letter sent to the Returns Address printed at the top of this letter. Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received, unworn and undamaged. azahar natural clothing reserves the right to refuse the return of items which are not in re-salable condition. Please keep in mind that azahar natural clothing cannot be held responsible for any returned goods that might be lost in transit, so please keep a postal receipt or tracking number for your records.
Who pays for return postage?
The customer pays for the return postage, but azahar natural clothing will not charge extra postage for replacement goods.
What about refunds?
In the event that any item sent is not satisfactory and a replacement garment is not desired, azahar natural clothing will refund the value of the goods returned. Return postage will not be refunded.

You can shop online with complete cofidence as every transaction is encrypted to ensure that your payment details are private, secure and protected.
What about exchange rates for goods ordered from outside Europe?
You can check the exchange rate of all major currencies using our currency converter. Please note that this is a guide only and that the actual conversion will be made by your bank or card issuer at the rate used by them, and your purchase will be shown in your card or bank account in your local currency.
When will the money be taken from my credit card or Paypal account?
Paypal will reserve the money to cover your order with your Paypal account or credit card company. This money will not be deducted from your account until azahar natural clothing is at the point of shipping your order and notifies Paypal that payment is due.
Can I pay in another way?
Yes you can, and azahar natural clothing guarantees total privacy and security. Within Spain and Europe (excluding the UK) we will also accept bank transfers. At the checkout select “email” as the method of payment, and we will contact you with details of how to make the transfer. Goods will be shipped once the payment has been received.
Does azahar natural clothing also sell wholesale?
Yes. If you are a registered company and are interested in purchasing our garments wholesale please contact us . We require a minimum order for wholesale purchases and will also ask for your company’s details.

Shipping charges

Delivery times
azahar natural clothing will normally ship your order from Spain within 7 working days, but if there is any delay you will be informed by email. Deliveries within Spain should be within 3 working days of dispatch. Deliveries outside Spain are normally shipped by registered mail to arrive as quickly as possible, but we do not accept responsibility for any delays that might arise in individual destination countries.
Deliveries normally require to be signed for, so if possible you should arrange to be at the delivery address when the delivery is expected. Alternatively it is usually possible to collect packages from your local sorting office.

Please remember that the actual conversion will take place through your own bank or card issuer at the time the sale is processed, and at the rate used by them, and will appear on your statement in your local currency.
Time of payment
The payment for your order will be reserved by your bank or credit card company when your order is confirmed, but will not be deducted from your account until immediately prior to shipping.
We will do everything we can to ensure that you are delighted with your purchases from azahar natural clothing but in the event that you are not satisfied with the goods received you may return them to us within 14 days for a full refund of the price of your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that are worn, soiled or otherwise damaged, or items that have been washed or used for other than their intended purpose, except in the case of manufacturers’ defects.
Please note that you are reponsible for the handling and shipping of your return, and we advise that you package it appropriately and insure it for the full value of the returned goods, as no liability is accepted by us for loss or damage in transit. Shipping charges for returns will not be reimbursed except in the case of manufacturers’ defects or shipping errors on our part.

We will acknowledge your order by email, and your credit card will only be charged when the goods are despatched, which will also be confirmed by email. You may cancel your order at any time prior to the despatch of the goods, and if your credit card has already been charged it will be refunded in full within 28 days. If the goods have already been despatched you will need to follow the procedures outlined in the returns policy.
